Nicole Hollingsworth

Nicole Hollingsworth is the Program Director for The Heartbeat Foundation Organization Inc.. Nicole has over twenty-five years of experience with a Fortune 500 financial institution where she has held various titles. She has managed and led teams within the Fraud and Claims space for the company’s Credit Card/Debit Card divisions. She also
served as a Corporate Instructor. Her duties included leading training initiatives
and curriculum build projects to assist in maintaining learning abilities amongst the
employees and leaders within the company. Currently, she serves as a Vice President, Operation Project Manager supporting transactional fraud for Consumer, Wealth and Small Business. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining, updating procedures defining measurable objectives like SMART Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals, anticipate potential challenges, adapt to unexpected changes and create an open line of communication with business partners. She serves on the leadership team for the Military Support Assistance Group with her company supporting the Veterans, Active Duty, and families of those in the military.


 

As Program Director for the Heartbeat Foundation, Nicole works with the board and other members of the community to bring forth rewarding educational programs to help foster and at-risk children gain the tools and abilities to be successful in all efforts that they put forth. These programs are built to help the children sustain meaningful relationships and to help them secure a better life for themselves. 
 

Nicole has a clear vision for social impact, exhibits strong leadership qualities to inspire, mentor, and manage a diverse team. She is committed to building and nurturing relationships with community partners. With this personal commitment in mind, I am excited about the prospect of adopting a little girl and expanding my family.


 

In her free time, Nicole spends time with family and friends. She loves to travel, explore new adventures.
